A single row on the Mulebuy spreadsheet compresses a lot of information into a few cells. If you skim, you miss the signal. This guide walks through every column so you can read a row like someone with 50 orders behind them.
Column 1: Product Name
Look for the model number, colourway and material. “Air Jordan 1 Mid Chicago” is more useful than just “AJ1 Mid” because the colourway determines which batch is best.
Column 2: Batch Tag
Common tags include LJR, PK God, GD (God Batch), H12, OG Batch. The best mulebuy spreadsheet lists the batch inline. Higher-tier tags cost more but pass QC more reliably.
Column 3: Price Band
Usually a range because sellers move stock in and out. A price two-thirds below the sheet average is either a fire sale (lucky you) or a low-tier batch mislabelled (skip).
Column 4: Seller Link
This is the actual URL you paste into Mulebuy. Click through first: check listing photos, seller rating, and stock. Old listings with no recent reviews often mean the seller stopped stocking that batch.
Column 5: Notes
Look for:
- “Fast shipping” – within-China shipping is quick, so QC arrives sooner.
- “Includes box” – relevant for shoes and collector items.
- “Sensitive line only” – flags perfume, replicas of branded items.
- “QC 90%+” – buyer-reported pass rate.
Column 6: QC References
A link that opens the Mulebuy QC finder filtered to that SKU. Click it before you buy. If the reference photos look clean, order. If half the QC shows problems, skip that batch.
Column 7: Updated-At
Ideally within the last 7 days. On the best Mulebuy spreadsheet hub this is refreshed constantly. On stale sheets, the row might not even be in stock anymore.
Sanity Check Before You Buy
- Batch tag is a top-tier code.
- Price is inside the sheet-average band.
- Seller link opens to a healthy listing with real photos.
- QC references look consistent with your expectations.
- Updated-at is recent.
